Please contact our office at (904) 644-8100 for current pricing. Your first visit includes a consultation and evaluation so Dr. Chitra can thoroughly assess your condition and discuss a personalized care plan.
Plan for about 45 minutes. Your first visit includes a thorough consultation and evaluation — Dr. Chitra takes her time to understand your health history, perform her exam, and discuss your goals. Completing your paperwork online beforehand helps save time.
We accept United Healthcare and Medicare as long as either is the patient's primary insurance. We also accept Veterans Affairs (VA) and personal injury cases. For questions about your specific coverage, please contact our office at (904) 644-8100 — we're happy to help you understand your benefits before your first visit.
Dr. Chitra does not adjust on your first visit. The initial appointment is focused on a thorough consultation and evaluation, and she reviews your X-rays before beginning any adjustments. The only exception is if you bring X-rays taken within the past 6 months — in that case she may be able to adjust you on your first visit.
Not necessarily — it depends on your situation. Dr. Chitra determines whether imaging is needed based on her exam and your health history during your first visit. If you already have X-rays or other imaging from the past six months, please bring them in so she can review them.

The $65 New Patient Exam is a cash-pay offer for patients without insurance coverage being applied to the visit and cannot be combined with insurance, Medicare, VA, or PIP. If you'd prefer to use insurance, let us know when you book. X-rays are obtained only if medically necessary and, if referred out, are billed separately by the imaging provider.
